Getting here

The most convenient airport for Oxford is London Heathrow, followed by London Gatwick. Coaches from the airports (The Airline) and London (Oxford Tube, Stagecoach) terminate at Gloucester Green Bus Station. Tickets can be bought with cash or contactless card on the coaches (no reservation necessary) or buy the cheaper `Fixed Date return' online. St. Anne's College is a 13 min walk from the Bus Station (map) and so is the Conference venue (map) ... or you can take a taxi.
If arriving by train, it is a 20 min walk to either venue, or you can take bus 14 to the Keble Road stop (for Clarendon Laboratory) or the Bevington Road stop (for St Anne's College) ... or take a taxi.

(Please note that Oxford Railway Station is closed on Sunday 10 September so rail replacement buses will run between Didcot Parkway, Oxford and Banbury/Hanborough. Also Botley Road is closed so if you approach on the A34 then use the North (Peartree) or South (Hinksey Hill) interchanges to get into town.)
